Made with locally obtained huckleberries, this jam and jelly is made in Ketchikan, Alaska and makes a wonderful addition to your morning toast or pancake, or even to use in your meat dishes. Huckleberries are a cousin of blueberries and share their preservative and antioxidant properties. The taste is somewhere between a blueberry and cranberry. With the option of jam or jelly, you can choose if you want the berry pulp or not, and get a real taste of Southeast Alaska.
