The Eskimo hunters of the Arctic have braved the bitterly cold, wind swept seas of the North for thousands of years, searching for the unique sea life that supports their subsistence lifestyle. After the hunt, a knife with a semi-circular blade, the ULU (oo’loo), has traditionally been used for skinning and cleaning their harvest of fish and sea mammals. Today, this replica from an ancient tradition can be yours to enjoy as a unique souvenir and a very practical tool in your kitchen. This knife is extremely sharp and, as with any cutlery tool, should be treated with the utmost caution right from the package. Includes wood display stand and cookbook.
