Featuring an oak wood handle, a 5.5” 440 Stainless Steel blade and oak wood stand. Leroy Barlip III was born in Glennallen, Alaska and raised in the Indian village of Gulkana. His Athabascan mother passed along an appreciation of Native art and crafts. Leroy’s ulus all come with an attached card, signed by Leroy and containing an authenticated “Silver Hand Seal” signifying his pieces are all Native Handicraft from Alaska. His handcrafted ulus combine art and craftsmanship for a beautiful, useful tool.
