Description

To make Kelp marmalade, whole oranges and whole lemons are taken and ground up until they are liquid. Then the kelp is peeled and grated, so the resulting taste has a burst of citrus! Bull Kelp is a seaweed of the Pacific Northwest coast. This is one of the largest seaweeds known. It is high in potassium, iodine, and bromine. Try it on a bagel or cracker with cream cheese and then top with kelp marmalade for a delicious treat! Ingredients: Alaskan bull kelp, oranges, lemons, sugar, pectin and baking soda.

Made in Alaska.
