Made with locally harvested wild thimbleberries and rhubarb, this jam is made in Ketchikan, Alaska and makes a wonderful addition to your morning toast or pancakes. The Thimbleberry is from the same family as the Raspberry, but smaller and softer with many small seeds. Thimbleberries are a great source of vitamins A and C.
