Description

Native Americans of the Pacific Northwest used the salal plant as a major source of food, medicine and lore. The berries are a little known treat as the salal plant is renowned or it’s beautiful foliage- used by florists all over the world! However it is great to use in many of the same applications as blueberries, and includes it’s preservative and antioxidant properties.

This delicious jelly is made in Ketchikan, Alaska. It’s perfect to try on toast, pancakes, and even ice cream!
